Camp Rimba: an unforgettable week. Would you enjoy a week of adventure beside a beautiful river? If so, Camp Rimba in Pahang is the perfect summer camp for you, and my review is very positive. The camp is located in a quiet forest next to a lovely clear river. When I was there, we slept in comfortable wooden cabins with clean showers, and the camp leaders were friendly and well organised. The food is simple but delicious. Every day the cooks serve a wide variety of fresh dishes, and on the last evening we enjoyed a big barbecue by the river. There is an amazing choice of activities. During my stay, we went kayaking, tried a rope course and joined arts and crafts classes. We spent a wonderful morning paddling down the river, which I will never forget. I highly recommend Camp Rimba to any active teenager who loves the outdoors. It might not suit anyone who dislikes insects, but if you want a fun, safe holiday, then this is the camp for you.
